Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
