Quality assurance assistant — Ross County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Ross County, Ohio. You should have: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection Day-to-day duties: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
