Join our team: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Lawrence County, Mississippi. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. The role involves trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line. You should have: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
