Lift erector — Carroll County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift erector in Carroll County, Maryland. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. Day to day you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers. You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance 2+ years on the tools preferred.
