Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
