Wheel loader operator — Rankin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Rankin County, Mississippi. You will work at a landfill site. Your main tasks: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
