Bread baker — Ellis County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Ellis County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
