HGV driver • Saline County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HGV driver in Saline County, Nebraska. The job is at a container freight yard. What we are looking for: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid digital tachograph card On a typical shift you will plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
