External wall insulation fitter — Ezza North

Immediate opening: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Ezza North, Ebonyi State. You will work on a construction site. You will apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing We offer ₦105,000 per month plus benefits.
