Pastry baker wanted in Henry County

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Henry County, Alabama. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $20 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
