Short order cook — Coffee County

Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Coffee County, Tennessee. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
