Single needle operator — Fulton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a single needle operator in Fulton County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown The role involves sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers.
