Godown forklift operator — McDowell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a godown forklift operator in McDowell County, North Carolina. You will be based at a freight and logistics depot. On a typical shift you will shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch; top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains; pick and put away stock against pick lists and the RF scanner; sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris; log damaged pallets, leaks and faults in the defect book. What we are looking for: • Able to manually lift up to 25 kg when required • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
