Pressman — Graham County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pressman in Graham County, North Carolina. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. The role involves: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
