You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts You will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
