Structural MIG welder — Ford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Ford County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings On a typical shift you will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose.
