Join our team: we are hiring a construction labourer in Crawford County, Illinois. You will work on a building construction site. You will stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions 5+ years on the tools preferred.
