Great opportunity: vacuum press operator (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Garza County, Texas. On a typical shift you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; give each garment a final press before packing; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
