Captain waiter — DeKalb County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in DeKalb County, Indiana. You will work in a coffee shop. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day-to-day duties: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Clear and reset tables between covers • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left 6+ years on the tools preferred.
