Machine operator (earthworks) — Lane County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Lane County, Kansas. You will work on a housing development site. Day to day you will keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels. Requirements: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
