Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
