Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Graham County, Kansas. You will be based in a bread factory. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
