Bread baker — Carbon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Carbon County, Utah. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
