Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements The role involves investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
