MIG/MAG welder — Pembina County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Pembina County, North Dakota. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Your main tasks: • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Rotating shifts.
