Requirements: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents On the job you will handle: • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
