Ideal candidate: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage Your main tasks: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
