Membrane applicator — Anson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Anson County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy building site. The role involves: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors What we are looking for: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
