Cake decorator wanted in Roane County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Roane County, Tennessee. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
