Powder spray gun operator — Howard County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Howard County, Nebraska. On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
