Day to day you will erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker. What we are looking for: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
