Brickwork mason — Rooks County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Rooks County, Kansas. The job is on a new-build development. Your main tasks: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go You should have: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Meals and transport allowance provided.
