Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundworker in Guma, Benue State. You will work on a road and bridge project. Ideal candidate: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain On the job you will handle: • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction Six days a week, one day off.
