We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar worker in Bennington County, Vermont. Your main tasks: • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
