Great opportunity: scullery hand (Oregon)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Sherman County, Oregon. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 6+ years on the tools preferred.
