Immediate opening: kitchen steward (Kaduna State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Zangon Kataf, Kaduna State. The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Six days a week, one day off.
