Join our team: we are hiring a digger driver in Pecos County, Texas. You will work at a road and highway construction project. On a typical shift you will grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
