Kitchen porter — Sainte Genevieve County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Sainte Genevieve County, Missouri. You will be based at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
