Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On a typical shift you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments.
