Bread baker wanted in Iron County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Iron County, Michigan. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
