Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Breathitt County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day You will season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
