Maintenance plumber — Marion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance plumber in Marion County, Missouri. The job is in apartment and housing complexes. Your main tasks: • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves • Install geysers, water heaters and booster pumps • Read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site • Trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall What we are looking for: • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools • Willing to attend emergency call-outs Six days a week, one day off.
