Banquet server • Ughelli South, Delta State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banquet server in Ughelli South, Delta State. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Day to day you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
