Assembly operator — North Tyneside

Vacancy available: we are hiring an assembly operator in North Tyneside, England. On a typical shift you will carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses. Requirements: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
