Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Sarasota County, Florida. The job is in a supermarket meat department. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
