Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Kent County, Texas. The job is on a housing development site. The role involves load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. Ideal candidate: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones 3+ years on the tools preferred.
