Join our team: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Sumaila, Kano State. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
