Argon welder — Summit County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Summit County, Ohio. You will work in a food and dairy equipment factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Own basic hand tools and PPE Day to day you will weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
