Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
