Wheel loader operator — Santa Fe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. You will be based on a busy construction site. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance On the job you will handle: • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations Full-time with occasional weekends.
